You may stop this mobile subscription at any time by sending a text message STOP to shortcode 96362. Your phone must have text messaging capability.

iGo Marketing, LLC marketing services are not intended for children under 13, and iGo Marketing, LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Some iGo Marketing, LLC users may classify and rate their message content for recipients of 21 years of age or older.

Your contact information is collected on an opt-in basis and can be collected when you accept to receive our Promocast System or when you text a mobile keyword to an iGo Marketing, LLC short code.

iGo Marketing, LLC may use or disclose information about you, including your personal information with your implied consent. Implied consent is when you (the "subscriber") accept to receive our Promocast System or when you text a mobile keyword to an iGo Marketing, LLC short code.
